Slender shoulders and neck, combined with clearly visible collarbones are widely regarded to be one of the most beautiful and desirable features in a woman, which explains why clothing ensembles that accentuate these details have long been a staple of women’s fashion. On the other hand, overdeveloped trapezius muscles are seen as an overtly masculine trait, and undesirable for women.

If you feel that your trapezius muscles are too big, you can enquire about our trapezius muscle slimming Botox treatment.

How does trapezius slimming treatment work?
Botox is injected into the trapezius muscles to help relax them. The trapezius is a substantial muscle that borders the rear of the head, neck and shoulders. When these muscles are abnormally proportioned, they make the shoulders appear unnaturally large and cumbersome. When Botox is injected into the area, the neck and shoulders are reduced, creating a more feminine appearance.

Who is a suitable candidate for trapezius Botox slimming?
Trapezius Botox is an effective solution in the treatment of the following issues.

Those who experience shoulder and neck discomfort, along with various forms of tension headaches
Those with bad posture (Botox slimming is supplemented with physiotherapy)
Those who desire to lengthen their neck and develop a perfectly straight shoulder profile

Is Botox muscle slimming safe?

Botox injections are one of the most commonly performed cosmetic procedures in use today and the safety of Botox for treatment use, is long established. Clinical studies have shown that Botulinum Toxin-A is an effective component in the treatment of enlarged masseter muscles, the improvement of those with a square facial structure, and the controlled reduction of expansive calf or trapezius muscles.

When does treatment takes effect?

Trapezius Botox injections display noticeable results within 2 weeks of treatment. The full effects of Botox slimming become apparent within 2 months of treatment.

How long does the treatment effect last?

While results vary, the effects of trapezius muscle slimming Botox typically last between 4 and 6 months. Additional factors that determine the longevity and effectiveness of the treatment include metabolism and daily lifestyle. While the effects of Botox slimming are only temporary, 3 injections can make the results everlasting.

Are there any side effects?

Like all cosmetic treatments that involve injections, trapezius muscle slimming can result in bruising and discomfort. Additionally, the injections may cause a brief period of muscle weakness in the trapezius area, resulting in reduced upper arm mobility and lifting capability. In most cases, the side effects are very minor. When performed by a certified clinician, the majority of patients will not experience any side effects at all.

How much trapezius muscle sliming Botox cost?

A considerable amount of Botox is required to be injected, as the trapezius is a much larger muscle than smaller muscles present on the face. Every patient is unique, and costs will vary based on the size of the dosage required.
