Non-surgical laser treatment for unwanted fat beneath the chin. Dr. Yuriy Yagudin evaluates your chin and neck contours and develops a plan tailored to your anatomy and goals.
Target the fat beneath your chin
A double chin can persist despite a stable weight and healthy habits. SculpSure uses laser energy to heat and damage targeted fat cells in the submental area—the pocket beneath the chin—without incisions.
The body gradually clears treated fat cells over the following weeks. This is a contouring treatment, rather than a weight-loss procedure.
Is it right for you?
Your consultation includes an assessment of fat distribution, skin laxity, chin projection and medical history. Fullness caused mainly by loose skin or underlying anatomy may need a different approach.

What happens at your visit?
The under-chin applicator is positioned over the treatment area. Controlled warming and cooling cycles deliver treatment, usually over about 25 minutes. You may feel warmth, tingling or intermittent discomfort.
Your physician confirms the treatment plan and explains what to expect before starting.
Results & recovery
Changes develop gradually, with results commonly assessed around 12 weeks. Additional sessions may be recommended depending on your response and goals.
Many patients return to ordinary activities soon afterward. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or firmness may occur. Results and recovery vary.

Will I need more than one session?
Some patients benefit from additional sessions. Your plan depends on the amount of fat, your anatomy, goals and response.
Is this the same as chin filler?
No. SculpSure targets fat beneath the chin. Chin filler changes projection or contour by adding volume.
Does this replace a neck lift?
No. Significant loose skin or other structural concerns may require a different treatment.
What does treatment cost?
